Pong Yip Nam joined VSC as part of the startup team. He has guided the technology solutions from the first IVR applications through to the development of the current very successful IP based product portfolio. This portfolio includes the TDM gateway, billing application, softswitch and supporting elements and the recently launched IP based Virtual Call Center(VCC) applications. VSC has developed the source code for their products under his technical oversight.

Over the last eight years with VSC, Mr. Pong has developed a close working relationship with the key VSC customers and has developed a keen insight into their business requirements. This experience has enabled Mr. Pong to define the functions and features requirements for the development of the products that have successfully met the market of the VSC customers. Mr. Pong holds an MSc of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
