Ivan Wong is a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Switching Consultancy (VSC) Limited. He has more than twelve(12) years of experience working for and with telecom service operators and carriers in Asia-Pacific. Mr. Wong's passion and enthusiasm drives the business development and sales of VSC. Through his efforts, VSC has grown from a Hong Kong based company to one with a strong footprint in Asia-Pacific. International growth is achieved through strategic partnerships with VSC customers.

Presently, over 80% of the active second tier operators in Hong Kong are using VSC solutions sold by the sales team led by Mr. Wong. In the last five years, over 50% of the company sales have been replacements of other vendor's switching equipments. Mr. Wong has successfully deployed a revenue sharing business model that significantly lowers the entry barrier for new entrants into the telecom services business.Such practice has effectively created a second tier of telecom operators in several developing countries in Asia-Pacific.
